Welcome to Error Hosting ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website www.errorhosting.com and our services (domain registration, hosting, VPS, RDP, email hosting), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "User" / "Client" / "You" — The person or entity using our services.
• "Services" — Domain registration, hosting, VPS, RDP, email hosting, and any other products offered by Error Hosting.
• "Account" — Your registered account with us.
• "Content" — Any data, files, websites, emails, or other material hosted or transmitted through our services.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if any changes occur.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services responsibly and not to:

• 🚫 Use our services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities (including phishing, spamming, malware distribution).
• 🚫 Host or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

• 🚫 Resell or sublicense our services without prior written consent.

4. Payments and Billing

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) or USD as selected. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• Payment Terms: Services are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Payments must be made via approved payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Binance, Bybit, etc.).
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.
• Late Payments: If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Domain Registration: Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once the domain is registered.
• Hosting & VPS: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. Refunds are not available for add-ons, dedicated servers, or VPS after 7 days.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your services at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. No refunds are given for partial months after the 7-day period.
• Violations: If your account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

6. Service Level & Uptime

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, network attacks, hardware failures, or events beyond our control.
• In the event of prolonged downtime, we may offer service credits at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, design, and code on our website are the property of Error Hosting and protected by copyright laws.
• You retain ownership of the content you host with us. By hosting, you grant us a license to store and display that content solely to provide the service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Error Hosting harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our sole discretion.
• You may terminate your account by contacting support. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
